The typical fee for selling a home is 5% + HST; 2.5% + HST is paid to your listing agent and 2.5% + HST is paid to the buyer's agent. When you hire Joseph Bitton and his team, the fee will be 1.25% + HST to list your property and 2.5% + HST payable to the buyer's agent for a total commission of 3.75% + HST. Joseph is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and help them SAVE MONEY while doing so. Joseph Bitton is a Broker and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario with an LL.B. degree. He is a native Torontonian who is fluent in English, French, and Spanish and has been selling residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area since 1987.  He has also helped his clients invest in and profit from income property investments.
