The typical fee for selling a home is 5% + HST; 2.5% + HST is paid to your listing agent and 2.5% + HST is paid to the buyer's agent. Joseph Bitton is a Broker and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario with an LL.B. degree. Joseph specializes in North York, Thornhill, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham and has considerable real estate know-how and negotiation experience acquired during his years as a practicing Toronto lawyer and many successful years in residential and commercial real estate offer negotiations.
